RETURNS & EXCHANGES
ALL SALES FINAL. SORRY NO REFUNDS
If damage is caused during shipping/delivery/installation, please report this to the shipping/delivery team prior to them leaving your property. Notify us immediately.
Prior to each purchase customer must acknowledge they have read our terms and conditions. Please refer to this at the bottom of each webpage.
beds by Jacob will stand behind all products. Each item goes through several quality control steps before leaving our facility. If you encounter damage or defect please take photos of the damage/defect and contact us immediately. We will first try to repair the item in home or in our facility and in some cases allow items to be exchanged. Refer to our shipping terms and conditions at the bottom of each webpage. Please contact us for more information.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
We offer white glove local delivery and installation of your beds that fall within our local delivery map. Our deliveries originate out of Wichita, KS 67210
For deliveries outside our local delivery area we offer standard freight shipping. Our bed will arrive to you in boxes/crates at your door. This does not include moving items into your home or installation. Customer will need to move items into home, assemble and install. Our shipments originate out of Wichita, KS 67210
For deliveries outside our local delivery area we offer third party full service white glove shipping/delivery. This will include shipping to your home, unboxing/uncrating, assembly and installation. The path into your home and room will need to be clear of all furnishings. We cannot move any existing furniture.

STEP 3 – choose the platform material/color from the swatch options
You may place the order online using our secure encrypted website or call us to place the order over the phone (includes verification steps)
All in-stock orders must be paid for in full.
All backorder or custom orders may only require a 50% non-refundable deposit and the remaining balance collected when delivery or shipping is scheduled with the customer.
